On 8th July 2006 saw the organisation of Malta’s most spectacular open-air classical music concert in terms of quality performers, venue at Fort Manoel and record audiences. The concert featured Malta’s internationally-recognised star tenor Joseph Calleja together with soprano Tatiana Lisnic, mezzo-soprano Elena Zaremba, baritone Vittorio Vitelli and the prestigious 70-strong Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, under the distinguished baton of Maestro Vasily Petrenko.
