On the 16th December 2006 the world’s no.1 tenor and living legend Andrea Bocelli performed in a gala concert at the Malta Fairs and Convention Center to an audience of over 7,500 aficionados. Maestro Bocelli was accompanied by the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, under the superb direction of Maestro Carlo Bernini. Maltese soprano Lydia Caruana performed duets with Bocelli.
